I have been a Reverse Mortgage Specialist for eight years, providing reverse mortgage information and consultations for seniors and their families, trusted advisors, attorneys, accountants and financial planners.  My regional territory as part of the Western Pennsylvania team consists of Allegheny, Beaver, Washington, Fayette, and Greene counties.  I possess over 25 years of banking and mortgage experience and have a B.A. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, along with extensive coursework in accounting, economics and real estate.   I have participated in senior fairs and conducted seminars and presentations, and I am in the top 10% of reverse mortgage originators in the nation.

 Reverse mortgages, in a nutshell, are home equity loans for seniors 62 and older, with no money payments as long as the senior remains in their home.
